Step 2: Discovery

If you decide to go ahead, we will kick-start the process with an in-depth discovery. We explore your context in depth, which may include questionnaires, 360 feedback, input from your manager, or personality profiles. This ensures your coaching is tailored to your own leadership journey. 

Step 3: Goal setting

Together, we set coaching goals with measurable outcomes. These may include: 

  • Strengthening executive presence and communication to influence upwards.
  • Building confidence in decision-making, priorities, and strategic thinking.
  • Enhancing leadership skills for managing teams.
  • Developing resilience, agility, and wellbeing.
  • Driving personal growth, assertiveness, and stakeholder impact.

Step 4: Coaching sessions 

Coaching typically begins with bi-weekly sessions and can adjust to weekly or monthly as needed. Each session is practical, supporting real-world outcomes that strengthen leadership, performance, and confidence. 

Step 5: Evaluation 

We measure progress against the agreed goals to ensure coaching delivers tangible results for you and your organisation.
