It is a personal and confidential, results driven process which can be used to address specific individual circumstances, goals and challenges.

Coaching is different from therapy, professional training, mentoring and consultancy and it is not a magic wand; it requires commitment and hard work.

Complementary consultation

I offer clients a complementary consultation to discuss their situation and understand why they are coming to coaching and what they want to achieve from the process. I then go into more detail to take them through the process, what it entails and the results they can expect to see and address any questions they might have.

Discovery

The first few sessions are focused on discovery: understanding more about the client, what motivates them, challenges and obstacles they face and looking at areas for growth and development. We’ll then establish a framework for the coaching and set measurable goals.

Coaching

Generally I recommend that clients start with bi-weekly hourly sessions. At a later stage some clients may decide to have weekly sessions and others monthly. Each session is usually focused around a topic of your choice which acts as a prism for the learning, insight, action and accountability.
