Solution  

The coaching engagement ran from April to December, beginning with bi-weekly 90-minute sessions and moving to monthly meetings as progress was made. 

We focused on day-to-day challenges to remove blocks, build confidence, and strengthen relationships. Together, we:

  • Identified key relationships to develop 
  • Anticipated potential challenges and pitfalls 

The client also planned regular, strategic trips to engage with stakeholders across the organisation, including international teams.
